I’m always on look out for new make-up products to try out and to switch up my daily routine, from the basic products-face, lips etc to experimenting with different eye shadow looks etc. I’ve recently started getting back into wearing eyeshadows and after buying this palette from Make-Up Revolution I have completely fallen head over heels for its array of both rose toned, shimmer and matte shadows. I couldn’t believe it was just £4 and for palettes that are comparable to certain Urban Decay range why spend more than you have to!
Whilst I was out in LA (nearly a month ago now…) I made a pilgrim trip to the “mothership” a.k.a Sephora and picked up one of their matte luster liquid lipsticks. This shade is perfect for everyday and has a slight gloss feel to it.
Another lip product which I’ve had my eye on owning for years (no exaggeration) is Mac Stone a shade which is described as muted greyish taupe brown, a matt lipstick that is a perfect colour for achieving a grunge inspired make-up look.
A new product which I was recently introduced to at the Pegasus Beauty Showcase is the Collection Contour stick which is a nifty product as it makes the art of contouring easy and quick to do, as well as allowing you to be extremely precise. Lastly is the NYX which has taken a rightful place in my make-up routine as I’ve been using this concealer in conjunction with the “Avene Hydrance Skin Tone Perfector” and have been loving the combination for a summer make-up base.
