Baking a lemon loaf 101
If you’ve been following my isolation series you might have seen that I’ve been spending my time doing quite a bit of baking. From my trusty banana bread loaf to baking my fair share of lemon loafs to past the time.
With most of my baking I tend you use the same measurements for flour, butter and sugar as a general rule of thumb. Then depending on what I fancy I’ll add in those extra flavours (like Lemon Curd) to create a tasty bake. I’ve included the recipe of a recipe card for you all to easily refer to.
