The Gluten Free Recipe
Can every morning start with a stack of pancakes please?! Because I swear these gluten free, vegan ones are fast becoming my fave. Anyway I decided to treat myself the other morning using a vegan/gluten free recipe I came across online, as I’ve decided to cut out eggs and wheat from my diet to improve my stomach – as much as possible, as I was often finding that the above would just flare it up massively! And I got to say these pancakes where pretty darn delicious.
So I thought I’d share the recipe below as it was super straightforward to do and you lovely people on Instagram seemed to enjoy them too!
How To:

Ingredients ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
200ml Oat Milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
150g GF Plain Flour⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 TBSP Baking Powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 TSP Vanilla Extract⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 TBSP Caster Sugar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and slowly whisk in the milk to form a batter consistency. Heat pan with a drop of oil and gradually pour in the batter mixture. Cook until pancakes are golden.
Top with berries and maple syrup for the ultimate summer inspired breakfast.⠀
